Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and PPE use as required by regulatory guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant setting
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to prepare dishes with precision
- Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Passion for hospitality and resident service
- Ability to work flexible shifts and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Commitment to teamwork and continuous learning
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh meals from scratch using seasonal and local ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Collaborate with culinary team members to develop and execute menus
- Ensure timely and flawless execution of dishes
- Communicate effectively and courteously with staff and residents
- Adhere to health and safety standards including food handling regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities
