Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and PPE use as required by regulatory guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant setting
  • Strong culinary skills with the ability to prepare dishes with precision
  • Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor
  • Passion for hospitality and resident service
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Commitment to teamwork and continuous learning

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh meals from scratch using seasonal and local ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
  • Collaborate with culinary team members to develop and execute menus
  • Ensure timely and flawless execution of dishes
  • Communicate effectively and courteously with staff and residents
  • Adhere to health and safety standards including food handling regulations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development activities
