Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of relevant kitchen experience
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications
- at least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation
- knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards

Job Duties
- prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply procurement
- ensure leftovers are stored correctly
- maintain accurate inventories
- adhere to sanitation and food safety standards
- communicate clearly and collaborate with restaurant team members
- handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally
