- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in fine dining preferred
- ability to prepare foods that meet hospitality and service standards
- knowledge of standardized recipes and food production
- understanding of healthcare regulations
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, holidays, and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare food items using standardized recipes in a timely manner
- determine food and supplies needed and coordinate meal production with serving hours
- prepare all special dietary needs as directed by the menus
- monitor all food items to ensure guidelines for temperature, taste, and quality are upheld
- ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods according to menu cycles and recipes
- assist with documentation of temperature logs, taste panel forms, and cleaning schedules
- comply with local, state, and federal food handling policies
