Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or similar operation
- knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
- ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with other team members
- self-motivated and organized
- ability to work independently and multitask
- strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- work with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply aspects including securing items in time for preparation
- ensure leftovers are stored correctly
- maintain food inventories
- ensure compliance with sanitation and safe food handling standards
- communicate effectively with restaurant team members
- support multiple kitchen stations and tasks simultaneously
