Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of culinary experience in hotel kitchen or restaurant setting
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work full time
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent organizational skills

Job Duties
- prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply aspects including securing items on time
- ensure leftovers are stored correctly
- maintain accurate inventories
- follow sanitation and safe food handling standards
- communicate clearly and work cohesively with the restaurant team
- manage multiple tasks efficiently
