Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply logistics
- secure items in a timely manner for food preparation
- ensure proper storage of leftovers
- maintain accurate food inventories
- adhere to sanitation and safe food handling standards
- communicate and work cohesively with restaurant team members
