Job Requirements

  • Previous breakfast cooking experience required
  • Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM
  • Must be able to follow food safety and handling procedures
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical kitchen duties
  • Must adhere to company safety policies including use of protective gloves and shoes
  • Compliance with federal, state, and corporate foodservice standards
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • Previous breakfast cooking experience
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and food safety regulations
  • Experience with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adhere to safety and hygiene standards
  • Basic record keeping and production planning skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production and service schedules
  • Serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning, ensuring food is at the correct temperature and visually appealing
  • Uses established ticket collection procedures during service periods and maintains accurate records
  • Cleans kitchen and maintains high standards of cleanliness, storing or discarding excess food safely
  • Ensures refrigerators and storerooms are clean and food items are stored per standards
  • Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
  • Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
  • Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies
  • Reports maintenance needs or accidents immediately
  • Attends in-service and safety meetings
  • Maintains good working relationships with coworkers and managers
  • Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment
  • Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures following HACCP standards
  • Commits to personal and team safety
  • Adheres to company policies on use of gloves, mitts, and slip-resistant shoes
  • Performs other duties as assigned
