Job Requirements
- Previous breakfast cooking experience required
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM
- Must be able to follow food safety and handling procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical kitchen duties
- Must adhere to company safety policies including use of protective gloves and shoes
- Compliance with federal, state, and corporate foodservice standards
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications

- Experience with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adhere to safety and hygiene standards
- Basic record keeping and production planning skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production and service schedules
- Serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning, ensuring food is at the correct temperature and visually appealing
- Uses established ticket collection procedures during service periods and maintains accurate records
- Cleans kitchen and maintains high standards of cleanliness, storing or discarding excess food safely
- Ensures refrigerators and storerooms are clean and food items are stored per standards
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
- Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies
- Reports maintenance needs or accidents immediately
- Attends in-service and safety meetings
- Maintains good working relationships with coworkers and managers
- Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- Commits to personal and team safety
- Adheres to company policies on use of gloves, mitts, and slip-resistant shoes
- Performs other duties as assigned
