Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years of experience in a hotel kitchen restaurant or similar operation
- knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Job Duties
- prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply management including securing items for food prep
- ensure leftovers are stored correctly
- maintain inventories
- adhere to sanitation and safe food handling standards
- communicate clearly and work cohesively with restaurant team members
- manage multiple tasks independently
