Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment
- knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- effective communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
- customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- at least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation
- knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
- ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with other restaurant team members
- self-motivated, organized, and professional

- strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply management including securing items for food prep
- ensure leftovers are stored correctly
- maintain inventory levels
- adhere to sanitation and safe food handling standards
- communicate clearly and work cohesively with restaurant team members
- handle multiple tasks independently in a professional manner
