Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with team members

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Preparation of high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
  • Collaborate with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply inventory
  • Ensure timely procurement of items required for food preparation
  • Properly store leftovers to maintain food safety and quality
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date kitchen inventory records
  • Adhere to sanitation and safe food handling standards
  • Work cohesively with restaurant team members to deliver excellent customer service
