- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality setting
- knowledge of nutrition and dietary guidelines for seniors
- culinary certification or relevant training is a plus
- flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if required

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook nutritious, appealing meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and residents' preferences
- plan menus that offer variety, balance, and meet the nutritional needs of seniors
- ensure all food is prepared, stored, and served in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate with the dining team to deliver high-quality service and timely meal delivery
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- adapt recipes and meal plans to accommodate special dietary requirements and restrictions
