Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 related safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of personal protective equipment as required

- Prepare and cook food items from scratch according to seasonal menus
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Interact with residents and guests to provide exceptional dining experiences
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Adhere to schedule and complete tasks in a timely manner
