Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 related safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of personal protective equipment as required

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Interact with residents and guests to provide exceptional dining experiences
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Adhere to schedule and complete tasks in a timely manner
