Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a line cook or similar culinary role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Culinary certification or relevant training preferred

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in preparing all food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Support kitchen staff in daily food preparation and cooking tasks
- Ensure all dishes are prepared efficiently and presented attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Support the proper operation and maintenance of kitchen appliances and supplies
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet service deadlines and quality expectations
