- At least two years of experience in hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation
- Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
- Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized and capable of handling multiple tasks at one time
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- Work with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply aspects
- Secure items in time for food preparation
- Ensure leftovers are stored correctly
- Maintain food inventories accurately
