  • Minimum two years of kitchen experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar operation
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
  • Work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply management
  • Secure items in time for food preparation
  • Ensure leftovers are stored correctly
  • Maintain inventory records
  • Adhere to sanitation and safe food handling standards
  • Communicate and work cohesively with restaurant team members
