Job Requirements
- Previous cooking experience required
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday with varying hours
- Capability to comply with food safety regulations and HACCP standards
- Physical ability to perform kitchen tasks safely, including lifting and standing for long periods
- Willingness to attend in-service and safety meetings
- Must follow company policies on safety equipment and protective gear
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- Serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning and meeting outlined standards
- Uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains records
- Cleans kitchen and maintains high standards of cleanliness
- Stores or discards excess food following safe food-handling procedures
- Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment
- Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
- Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies
- Reports maintenance issues, faulty equipment, or accidents immediately
- Attends in-service and safety meetings
- Maintains positive working relationships with coworkers, customers, and managers
- Performs job safely while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- Commits personally to safety of self and others
- Abides by all company policies including the use of protective gloves, oven mitts, and slip-resistant shoes
