Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
CPR certification
At least 1 year of related work experience
Ability to follow nutritional guidelines
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
Commitment to food safety standards
Availability to work flexible shifts

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of related cooking experience
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

Prepare delicious entrees, soups, vegetables, accompaniments, and garnishes
Maintain high standards of quality, temperature control, and presentation
Follow nutritional guidelines based on resident care plan
Ensure the prep station and kitchen is kept clean and sanitized in accordance with food safety guidelines
Participate in themed dinners, carving stations, and dessert displays
Collaborate with the dining services team to enhance resident dining experience
Monitor inventory and assist in ordering kitchen supplies
