Job Duties
- Prepare food to order in front of customers while maintaining eye contact and engagement
- Demonstrate safe food handling practices at all times
- Prepare and serve portion sizes according to guidelines
- Prepare patient food on demand following diet orders and allergy considerations
- Work collaboratively with Room Service Hostess and Runner to enhance patient meal experience
- Prepare large quantities of food following recipes with proper knife skills
- Taste and suggest adjustments to recipes to ensure quality and presentation
