- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of cooking experience
- Experience with POS systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Current Food Handler's Certificate
- ServSafe Manager's Certification or ability to attain within first 90 days

- Adhere to food safety standards and procedures consistently
- Assist in seasonal menu planning and ingredient selection
- Manage kitchen equipment and supplies responsibly
