Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination, screening, and PPE requirements as per regulatory guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a line cook or in a full scratch kitchen
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing excellent service and quality food
- Ability to work flexibly within a team setting
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook dishes from scratch following seasonal menus
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Interact with residents and guests to create personalized dining experiences
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Manage kitchen equipment and tools with care
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance culinary skills
