Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination, screening, and PPE requirements as per regulatory guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a line cook or in a full scratch kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen safety standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for providing excellent service and quality food
  • Ability to work flexibly within a team setting

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook dishes from scratch following seasonal menus
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Interact with residents and guests to create personalized dining experiences
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Manage kitchen equipment and tools with care
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance culinary skills
