Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 health and safety regulations as required by Oakmont Management Group
Job Qualifications
- Culinary training or related education preferred
- 2 to 5 years experience in a full scratch kitchen or fast-paced food service environment
- Strong culinary skills with ability to prepare flawless dishes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused setting
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
- Familiarity with health and safety standards in food service
Job Duties
- Prepare dishes from scratch following seasonal menus
- Ensure high quality and consistency in food preparation
- Interact positively and warmly with residents and guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and improve menu offerings
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and standards
- Manage time efficiently to deliver timely meal service
