Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in a culinary role within a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once
- Customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- Work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management
- Secure food items in time for preparation
- Ensure leftovers are stored properly
- Maintain inventories of food supplies
- Communicate clearly with other restaurant team members
- Adhere to sanitation and food safety standards
