Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Ability to meet eligibility criteria which includes passing a criminal background check and drug screen
  • Ability to provide work authorization documents
  • Willingness to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to work in environments with moving mechanical parts fumes and temperature variations
  • Must follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • Ability to work full-time with schedule Thursday to Monday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary school diploma is a plus
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and procedures
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens grills and fryers
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • State Food Handlers Card or ServSafe Certification

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare a wide range of dishes ensuring high quality and consistency
  • Perform utility tasks including cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas and equipment
  • Assist with food preparation duties such as washing chopping and measuring ingredients
  • Monitor food freshness and quality and ensure proper cooking and presentation
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines maintaining a clean kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service and assist with training new employees
