Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to meet eligibility criteria which includes passing a criminal background check and drug screen
- Ability to provide work authorization documents
- Willingness to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work in environments with moving mechanical parts fumes and temperature variations
- Must follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to work full-time with schedule Thursday to Monday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary school diploma is a plus
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and procedures
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens grills and fryers
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- State Food Handlers Card or ServSafe Certification
Job Duties
- Cook and prepare a wide range of dishes ensuring high quality and consistency
- Perform utility tasks including cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas and equipment
- Assist with food preparation duties such as washing chopping and measuring ingredients
- Monitor food freshness and quality and ensure proper cooking and presentation
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines maintaining a clean kitchen environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service and assist with training new employees
