Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant culinary experience
  • Ability to work Sunday through Wednesday schedule
  • Ability to pass criminal background and health screenings including physical and TB tests
  • Must comply with Oakmont Management Group's COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination and PPE use
  • Ability to maintain friendly communication with staff and residents
  • Strong passion for service and hospitality

Job Qualifications

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional food experiences
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals from scratch following seasonal menu guidelines
  • Ensure timely and flawless execution of dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Communicate effectively and courteously with team members and residents
  • Assist with inventory management and ingredient quality control
  • Participate in menu planning and innovation
  • Adhere to food safety and health regulations
