Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes timely
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 related safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, and PPE use

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a line cook in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Proficiency in cooking techniques and kitchen tools
  • Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for hospitality and service
  • Team-oriented with willingness to learn and grow

Job Duties

  • Prepare dishes from scratch according to seasonal menus
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet community standards
  • Interact positively with residents and guests to enhance their dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering as needed
