Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes timely
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 related safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, and PPE use
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a line cook in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- Proficiency in cooking techniques and kitchen tools
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and service
- Team-oriented with willingness to learn and grow
Job Duties
- Prepare dishes from scratch according to seasonal menus
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet community standards
- Interact positively with residents and guests to enhance their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Assist in inventory management and ordering as needed
