Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least two years of relevant kitchen experience
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to work full-time including every other weekend
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • must be self-motivated and organized

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or a similar operation
  • knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
  • ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with other restaurant team members
  • self-motivated, organized, and professional
  • able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
  • collaborate with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply management
  • secure items in time for food preparation
  • ensure leftovers are stored correctly
  • maintain food inventories
  • adhere to sanitation and food safety standards
  • communicate clearly and work cohesively with restaurant team members
