Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of relevant kitchen experience
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to work full-time including every other weekend
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- must be self-motivated and organized
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or a similar operation
- knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
- ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with other restaurant team members
- self-motivated, organized, and professional
- able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- collaborate with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply management
- secure items in time for food preparation
- ensure leftovers are stored correctly
- maintain food inventories
- adhere to sanitation and food safety standards
- communicate clearly and work cohesively with restaurant team members
