Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food preparation is advantageous but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Batter chicken and seafood
- fry and monitor holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and other fried products
- turn and pull product past holding time
- stock sandwich area
- prepare and package sandwiches
- bake and dress biscuits
- heat inserts of prepared products for the front line
- assist in filling and packaging orders
- monitor and correct cleanliness of the restaurant
