Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking or food preparation experience is a plus
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene regulations

- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Batter chicken and seafood, fries and monitor holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and other fried products
- Turn and pull product past holding time
- Stock sandwich area, prepare and package sandwiches
- Bake and dress biscuits
- Heat inserts of prepared products for the front line
- Assist in filling and packaging orders
- Monitor and correct cleanliness of the restaurant
