Job Requirements

- previous experience in cooking or food preparation preferred
- ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Batter chicken and seafood, fry and monitor holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and other fried products
- turn and pull product past holding time
- stock sandwich area, prepare and package sandwiches
- bake and dress biscuits
- heat inserts of prepared products for the front line
- assist in filling and packaging orders
- monitor and correct cleanliness of the restaurant
