Job Duties
- Batter chicken and seafood and monitor holding times
- fry and monitor holding times of fries and other fried products
- turn and pull product past holding time
- stock sandwich area and prepare sandwiches
- bake and dress biscuits
- heat inserts of prepared products for the front line
- assist in filling and packaging orders
- monitor and correct cleanliness of the restaurant
