Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
Ability to stand for long periods
Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Basic math skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Physical capability to lift moderate weights

Job Duties

Batter (chicken and seafood), fries and monitors holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and any other fried products
Turns and pulls product past holding time
Stock sandwich area, prepare and package sandwiches
Bake and dress biscuits
Heat inserts of prepared products for the front line
Assist in filling and packaging orders
Monitor and correct cleanliness of the restaurant
