Job Duties
- Batter (chicken and seafood), fries and monitors holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and any other fried products
- turns and pulls product past holding time
- stock sandwich area, prepare and package sandwiches
- bake and dress biscuits
- heat inserts of prepared products for the front line
- assist in filling and packaging orders
- monitor and correct cleanliness of the restaurant
