Job Duties
- Batter chicken and seafood, fries and monitor holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and fried products
- Turn and pull products past holding time
- Stock sandwich area, prepare and package sandwiches
- Bake and dress biscuits
- Heat inserts of prepared products for front line
- Assist in filling and packaging orders
- Monitor and correct cleanliness of the restaurant
