Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 related health and safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, testing, and PPE use

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in a full scratch kitchen
  • 2 to 5 years of line or prep cook experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cooking and plating skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a friendly demeanor
  • Passion for hospitality and exceptional food service
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • Ability to work well within a team environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare meals from scratch using fresh ingredients
  • Follow seasonal menu guidelines and recipes accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Participate in continuous learning and skill development
