Job Duties
- Prepare hot food items for patient trayline
- prepare food for cafeteria and doctor's lounge
- handle catering functions
- supervise kitchen staff in absence of director or chef
- ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- maintain consistent completion of all duties
- coordinate production schedule adherence
