Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum of six months of applicable experience preferred
- ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- ability to perform basic math
- willingness to work rotating holidays and weekends
- ability to stand for long periods and walk far distances
- depending on location, Serv Safe certification may be required to obtain within a designated time frame
- basic life support (BLS) certification may be required depending on location
- may be required to drive with a valid driver’s license depending on location

Job Duties
- Prepare and assemble baked goods
- cook, season and portion food according to menu and dietary requirements
- adhere to food quality standards of appearance, taste, temperature and sanitation
- perform washing and cleaning duties to maintain sanitation in cooking and serving areas
- maintain labeling and storage of food, equipment and machinery
- follow standardized recipes and HACCP guidelines for food preparation and safety
- operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, slicers, ovens, grills and fryers
