Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness and ability to work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 12:30 pm to close
- Experience working in fast-paced retail food environment preferred
- Knowledge of safe food handling guidelines
- Basic computer skills including POS system and email
- Intermediate language and reasoning skills
- Ability to stand for long intervals
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions including exposure to cold and heat
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use kitchen equipment properly

Job Duties
- Assist in the production of all prepared foods menu items according to the schedule and quantity given by the Prepared Foods Management
- Receive and properly execute catering orders in a timely manner
- Execute recipes in a consistent manner and according to given recipes
- Ensure that all items cooked are displayed, covered, dated and rotated according to safe food handling guidelines and production schedule
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
- Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
- Store and properly handle raw foods and non-food supplies and materials
