Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness and ability to work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 12:30 pm to close
  • Experience working in fast-paced retail food environment preferred
  • Knowledge of safe food handling guidelines
  • Basic computer skills including POS system and email
  • Intermediate language and reasoning skills
  • Ability to stand for long intervals
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions including exposure to cold and heat
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and use kitchen equipment properly

Job Duties

  • Assist in the production of all prepared foods menu items according to the schedule and quantity given by the Prepared Foods Management
  • Receive and properly execute catering orders in a timely manner
  • Execute recipes in a consistent manner and according to given recipes
  • Ensure that all items cooked are displayed, covered, dated and rotated according to safe food handling guidelines and production schedule
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
  • Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
  • Store and properly handle raw foods and non-food supplies and materials
