Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Must comply with Oakmont Management Group’s COVID-19 health and safety policies including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and wearing PPE as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for creating exceptional food experiences
  • Culinary certification or formal training is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients
  • Follow seasonal menu plans and recipes accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Interact positively with residents and team members to enhance dining experiences
  • Ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations
  • Manage time effectively to prepare meals promptly
  • Assist in inventory management and kitchen supplies ordering
