Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of cooking experience in an institutional setting
- Food Handler Training Certificate program (ANSI Accredited) obtained within 30 days of employment
- Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week
- Available for Monday-Friday shifts including rotating weekends and holidays
- Strong adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare specified menu items for patients, cafeteria, catered services
- Ensure adherence to sanitation, safety, food handling procedures
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food preparation areas
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with dietary and nursing staff to meet patient dietary needs
- Participate in rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
