Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • minimum one year of restaurant kitchen experience
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • reliable transportation to Gig Harbor location
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • minimum one year of restaurant kitchen experience
  • outgoing personality
  • strong work ethic
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • seafood cooking experience preferred but not required
  • basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist with inventory and stock management
  • collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • support shift leaders and take on additional duties as assigned
