Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food preparation or related positions preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, reach, lift, see, speak, and hear
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds for clinical staff or 50 pounds for non-clinical staff with assistance if necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food and beverage service or food preparation is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and food safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Job Duties
- Consistently produce quality products according to established recipes and standards of quality
- Ensure all food items are visually and consistently attractive as observed by the supervisor on duty
- Communicate potential problems promptly with supervisor on duty
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace and complete additional cleaning duties as assigned
- Ensure safe food handling practices according to HACCP and regulatory agency requirements are followed
- Complete all task lists and HACCP logs in JOLT as assigned
- Read and follow standardized recipes accurately
