Job Qualifications

  • high school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food and beverage service or food preparation preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions
  • knowledge of standardized recipes and food safety practices

Job Duties

  • produce quality products according to established recipes and standards
  • ensure all items are visually and consistently attractive
  • communicate potential problems with supervisor
  • maintain a safe and clean workspace
  • comply with safe food handling practices according to HACCP
  • complete task lists and HACCP logs in JOLT as assigned
  • ensure timely production of products for retail operations, patient meals, and special functions
