Job Qualifications
- high school graduate or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food and beverage service or food preparation preferred
- ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions
- knowledge of standardized recipes and food safety practices
Job Duties
- produce quality products according to established recipes and standards
- ensure all items are visually and consistently attractive
- communicate potential problems with supervisor
- maintain a safe and clean workspace
- comply with safe food handling practices according to HACCP
- complete task lists and HACCP logs in JOLT as assigned
- ensure timely production of products for retail operations, patient meals, and special functions
