Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum two years cooking experience in an institutional setting
- completion of food handler training certificate program (ANSI accredited) within 30 days
- able to work Monday to Friday 12-8 30 pm with rotating weekends and holidays
- ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
- capable of handling kitchen duties

Job Duties
- Prepare specified menu items for patients
- prepare food for cafeteria service
- provide catering support

- maintain kitchen cleanliness
- collaborate with team members to meet service needs
