Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary position
- Ability to follow food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with kitchen tools and safety protocols
- Willingness to comply with all health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook or similar role

- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to handle a high-volume setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
- Skilled in performing repetitive tasks such as chopping slicing mixing
- Competent in using knives and kitchen tools safely
- Ability to bend reach and stoop frequently
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook diverse menu items following recipes
- Manage a cooking station ensuring timely ingredient preparation
- Monitor food quality adjust as needed and maintain a clean workspace
- Assist in inventory control reporting shortages and minimizing waste
- Collaborate with the kitchen team chefs and dining staff for smooth operations
