Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary position
  • Ability to follow food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • Capability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with kitchen tools and safety protocols
  • Willingness to comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook diverse menu items following recipes
  • Manage a cooking station ensuring timely ingredient preparation
  • Monitor food quality adjust as needed and maintain a clean workspace
  • Assist in inventory control reporting shortages and minimizing waste
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team chefs and dining staff for smooth operations
