Job Requirements
- Ability to cook from scratch for large groups without more than normal supervision
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work long hours standing, walking, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and bending
- Capability to tolerate extreme temperature variations
- Adherence to personal hygiene and safe work procedures
- Readiness to travel to remote locations, including small aircraft travel
- Meet all qualification requirements by closing date
Job Qualifications
- Experience cooking from scratch for more than 50 people in a professional setting
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Prepare meals from scratch for large groups
- Operate food service equipment safely and efficiently

- Work extended hours under stressful and variable field conditions
- Travel to remote dining halls or field camps as required
