Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years of food preparation experience
- ISDOH approved Food Handler certification under Title 410 IAC 7-22 may be required at some facilities
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Qualifications

- 1-3 years of food preparation experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow production instructions accurately
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Prepare regular and therapeutic diet meals
- Prepare hot and cold food items for retail, patient, and catering
- Assemble food items according to production sheets
- Follow directions from Chef, Lead, Manager, or Supervisor
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Work full-time 40 hours per week with scheduled shifts
- Adhere to shift differentials for evening, weekend, and holidays
