Job Duties

  • Assist with prep, station setup, and execution during service
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
  • Follow recipes and plating guidelines with precision and consistency
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen team to support smooth service flow
  • Uphold kitchen policies and assist with breakdown and cleaning after service
  • Take direction from Sous Chefs and Executive Chef with a willingness to learn and improve
