Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two to four years of relevant food service experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, kneel, lift at least 30 pounds, carry items, push carts, walk fast, and bend
  • Basic English reading and speaking skills
  • Ability to read and retain information such as recipes and prep lists
  • Strong sanitation and safety awareness
  • Punctuality and dependability
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly
  • Maintains personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to move quickly and act on assigned duties
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary arts degree or certificate preferred
  • Two to four years of experience in fast-paced food service environments
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly

  • Basic proficiency in English reading and speaking
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Ability to work efficiently in team settings and stressful environments
  • Maintains personal hygiene and professional appearance
  • Capability to stand, kneel, lift items up to 30 pounds, and walk long distances
  • Experience working in professional kitchens with close quarters

Job Duties

  • Prepare food in accordance with set recipes and safety standards
  • Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Report promptly for scheduled events and adhere to assigned tasks
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-in coolers, storage, and kitchen areas
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, attendants, and management
  • Understand menu items and specials thoroughly
  • Collaborate with team members and other service departments within the venue
  • Adapt to reassignments as needed based on venue demands
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures consistently
