Job Requirements
- be at least eighteen years of age
- possess a current Food Handlers Card
- have demonstrated skills in leadership, training, and supervision
- have proficient communication skills
- be physically able to perform duties that involve standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
- be able to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- be comfortable working near extreme temperatures
- be available to work indoors and outdoors
- have a clean criminal background
Job Qualifications
- possess a current Food Handlers Card
- possess skills, knowledge and competency in leadership, training, and supervision
- have proficient written and oral communication skills
- be able to read, write, understand and communicate in English
- be physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift
Job Duties
- prepare all menu items according to established standards and recipes
- ensure health protocols including proper hygiene, sanitary food preparation, and proper food temperatures
- familiarize yourself with residents and their preferences and needs
- participate in resident orientations
- maintain clean and organized work areas
- assist with inventory and kitchen supplies
- support team members and communicate effectively
