Job Requirements

  • ServSafe certification
  • previous culinary experience
  • ability to work full-time or part-time shifts
  • availability to work every other weekend
  • strong work ethic and reliability
  • ability to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a cook in a reputable kitchen
  • valid ServSafe certification
  • strong knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • good communication skills and teamwork
  • attention to detail and commitment to high-quality food
  • basic math skills for measuring ingredients

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications and safety standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • adhere to ServSafe guidelines and food safety regulations
  • collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely meal service
  • assist in inventory and stock management
  • provide excellent customer service and accommodate special dietary requests
  • participate in ongoing training and development
